The short version: pack a box, pay once, send the link. These are the details.
What LittleCareBox is
LittleCareBox lets you pack a small digital box — a note, a photo, a video, a song, a voice recording, a trinket — and get a private link to send to one person. That is the whole product. It is not file storage, not a social network, and not a place to publish.
Paying
Sealing a box and generating its link is a one-time charge, in the range of $2 to $5, shown to you before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The payment itself is handled by Stripe on their own checkout page.
What you pack stays yours
You keep every right you already had in the things you pack. Sealing a box gives us permission to store those files and show them to whoever opens the link — that is all we do with them. We do not use them in advertising, we do not put them on our own pages, and we do not show them to anyone without the link.
Limits
A box holds up to one of each of the six kinds of thing. Photos are shrunk in your browser before they are uploaded and are meant to land under about 5 MB; voice recordings are meant to stay under about two minutes; videos are meant to be short, roughly thirty to sixty seconds. A file too large for its slot is refused at upload rather than quietly trimmed.
What not to put in a box
Do not pack anything you do not have the right to share — someone else's private photos, someone else's recordings, material that is not yours to pass on. Do not use a box to harass, threaten or deceive the person receiving it, and do not pack anything illegal. If we are told that a box breaks these rules, we delete it.
What we do not promise
This is a small product. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we do not promise a link will keep working forever. If something you packed matters to you, keep your own copy of it as well.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we change this page and the date at the top of it. Using LittleCareBox after that means the new version is the one that applies.
